Do you eat FOOD? ??

If you eat food you need to see this movie, Food Inc. (I assume that means everybody) I am grateful to Mai for suggesting it.
I thought I ate fairly healthy, rarely went to fast food ect. BOY, did I learn a ton.
Equally as good was the "world according to Monsanto", there is much going on behind the scenes they do NOT want us to know. Some of you may have already seen these great documentaries, some may say they don't want to see it because it will ruin eating for them.
The truth can sometimes be difficult to see and hear but is very important to become aware of.
The changes in our house? We will be shopping at farmers markets much more often. We will defiantly seek to understand where our food comes from, what it is grown with and how far it came to be on our table.
There is even an app for that....California farmers market finder, how much easier can it be?

Can you really FIX a neck?

Occasionally I hear this question...Can you really FIX a neck?
The answer is usually yes. If the normal curve is gone and or the
head is to far forward creating tremendous pressures on the muscles and ligaments in the neck and should area, we can make substantial improvement. This results in many of the "symptoms" resolving.

Our office has recently began handling insurance differently. The treatment is designed around what is needed to FIX the problem and not based on what the insurance will/will not pay. If you have a PPO insurance plan, we will be happy to provide you with a super-bill which you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement at your contracted rates, usually 70-80% of charges.
We feel that this is better for our patients treatment and returns the financial agreement to the principle parties.

New Beginnings...

I start this blog after just relocating to a new location. I am closer to home and most of the friends I have met on the beach. 
I feel grateful to have loyal patients who continue to follow me and entrust me with their care no matter where I am located.

My new address is 2455 #B 190th st, directly across 190th from 99 cent store.

It is currently raining in socal and will be off and on for the next week, we are getting used to it.
